By accessing or using TradeQuoter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
TradeQuoter is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables tradespeople and sole traders to create, send, and manage professional job quotes and estimates. The Service includes quote generation, PDF creation, email delivery, customer acceptance workflows, and related features as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To use TradeQuoter you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@tradequoter.co if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
TradeQuoter offers three subscription tiers: Free, Solo ($19/month), and Pro ($39/month). The Free plan allows up to 5 quotes per calendar month. Solo and Pro plans offer additional features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise TradeQuoter to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your paid period.
You agree to use TradeQuoter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate any person or entity, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
You are solely responsible for the content of any quotes, descriptions, or communications you send through the Service. TradeQuoter is not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers arising from quotes created using the platform.
TradeQuoter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeQuoter and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service, including your business logo, quote content, and customer data. By using the Service, you grant TradeQuoter a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeQuoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
